1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Bible for Men (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Bible for Men is developed and operated by Storq Labs BV ("we," "us," or "our"), based in the Netherlands.
2. Description of Service
Bible for Men is a Bible reading and devotional app for men that includes:
- Daily verse and devotional content
- Structured Bible reading plans
- Bible reader (KJV in English, Reina-Valera 1909 in Spanish)
- Bookmarks, highlights, streaks, and progress tracking
- English and Spanish app interface
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
4. Pro Subscriptions
The App offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly or yearly) that unlock premium features. Payment is processed by Apple or Google; we do not store payment information.
- You may cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies
5. Religious Content
Important: Bible and devotional content is for personal study and reflection only.
- It does not replace pastoral, medical, legal, or psychological counseling
- Translations may vary; consult authoritative sources for formal study
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storq Labs BV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including loss of local data.
8. Local Data
Progress, bookmarks, and preferences are stored on your device. We do not guarantee recovery if you uninstall the app or clear its data.
9. Availability, Discontinuation & Refunds
IMPORTANT: THIS APP MAY BE DISCONTINUED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
No refunds are guaranteed upon discontinuation except as required by applicable law. Refund requests for purchases must be directed to Apple or Google.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
